1 Star Don’t buy this if you’re planning on uploading via USB
I ordered this product and had to return it. The product has a serious flaw that has apparently gone unaddressed for several years. The picture quality appears to be great, at least with the sample photos that come with the frame. The menu system is also usable, and the frame may accept photo transfers from media cards just fine, but what it won’t do is accept transfer via USB cable as advertised. When you plug in the USB cable to your computer, you will get a USB device not recognized and then a malfunction error. The install will continue, installing 5 disk drives (one for each media card type) that you can see in windows device manager. However, the device will never show up as a disk in My Computer or in folder view, it never completely installs. It also hangs the computer, forcing restart. I researched online to find a solution and found an overwhelming number of people who have had the exact same problem. What I found were a long list of upset people that have experienced USB problems with Pandigital frames and the resulting customer service from 2006 through 2009 with no changes in the situation. Search on “Pandigital problems” to see what I mean. I tried a new USB cable, repeated install attempts and nothing worked. This frame might be a good choice if you intend to transfer photos by media card only, but if you ever want to use USB and transfer from computer, I would look elsewhere.

The item works as advertised but I was expecting that it was battery powered sot that it could be portable.

4 Stars Perfect except for stand
Picture quality was perfect and it was very easy to use. We had very high resolution professional photos from a wedding and they look great. One small problem: Because of the angle of the stand, you have to put it on a fairly low surface, like a coffee table, or you could put it on the wall and you would have no problem (or, like me, you can prop it up on a couple of books). Excellent value for money. BTW, you do NOT have to touch the actual screen to work the buttons, you only have to touch the white frame around the picture, so there is no problem with grubby finger marks on the actual picture. Shuts off automatically at night and it comes with its own remote control.

1 Star Faied on the First Day itself.
It was a superb product when working but failed on the First Day itself. If PANDIGITAL takes it series and rectifies this Fatal Design Flaw, nothing like it. Amazon was very prompt in providing RMA, scheduled pickup by UPS and refunded when they got it back.
